What a super idea for a party buffet. Don't suppose you have anything resembling a recipe.....?

Nope, but if you should cook some sweet red peppers with a little cayenne, a little salt and some sugar then mix and strain, you'd probably get something like this.

Yum. My mom actually has green pepper jelly in the fridge often in the USA. Good on cream cheese...

Interesting................and as Betty refers to, if you put some gelatin in the strained base...... hmmm ..... I feel a cooking experiment coming on.
