I love poems about poetry because they actually help me understand the process much more clearly. I'll be remembering this as I struggle in the future weeks.
I have always felt sorry for those pretty mermaids. Except where they play with people I do believe they have a very sad life. Your poem confirmed my thoughts, proof of their tears caught in the fishermen's nets.
