I am at a loss, where is this guy hiding? Monteverdi?
Have you seen Marvin Pulvers' "Roman Fountains . 2000 Fountains in Rome - A complete Collection" - published by L'Erma di Bretschneider on Via Cassiodoro 19. It is one of the heaviest tomes I own - besides dictionaries - but worth every cent.
This lovely courtyard is hidden 518, Via del Corso (one of the last bits in the direction of Piazza del Popolo), in Palazzo Rondinini. It is where the Nuovo Circolo degli Scacchi is. I could not get inside the courtyard because there is a gate, but I shall have to try again next time (the palazzo looks wonderful inside too but already if I could sneak into the courtyard, that would be great).
The copyright for all pictures (photos and ePaintings) - as well as for the occasional text - in this blog is mine unless otherwise specified.
Consider yourselves warned.

Love the music - perfect for a sunny morning. Nice photo too, as always
