Y for Yoghurt

That is a sweet version with my favourite honey (leatherwood - thank you so much Tasmania!) and a little chocolate garnish.

This on the other hand is a savourite version, with salt and truffle honey, eaten with Lebanese flat bread:

I eat (at least) one per day, but the best ones I have tasted were on the Greek island Crete

(BTW Yoghurt was my entry in the first round ;-) ).

The Himalayan, a great Nepalese restaurant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana serves a great yogurt drink.

Yes, Greek yogurt is my favourite; though we had some nice plain set yogurt in France - most of the stuff we get here is sloppy sickly fruit-flavoured.

I like the way you make a really exotic meal out of a simple dish of yogurt. & make it look so pretty too.
My recent best yogurt was in France (how about that) at Hotel Parc in Obernai. Rich plain yogurt with Muesli type cereal and a touch of natural sugar... I could have eaten that all day.
