What is it? I can't tell from the photo.

A couch and a suitcase.
On the deserted quay alongside the Isola Tiberina.

After I took the picture, I saw a group of people coming towards it and they were obviously going to have a photo shoot, but that was really weird for about 5 minutes.

I did not when I took the picture but saw the knees poking out when I looked at the picture at home. That person did not move when the others came about and starting pulling out things so maybe it is only a manikin or a life sized puppet.

Lonely sofa.

Should wake up more and read all the comments before I start typing. I was speculating about whether the traveller sitting on the sofa (see her-- or him?) brought the sofa along as well as the suitcase. If it's a photo shoot, clearly that's the case...

So much for chuckles.

Au petit jeu on peut aussi jouer avec 6 photos, pourquoi pas?

What I love about this is the scale. I initially thought that it was a toy sofa or a trick. I thought the context was a sidewalk by a building. Now I can see that that building would be made of awfully tiny bricks if my first pov had been correct.

Lovely.

I think I need new glasses. I completely misread that picture.

this pic is truly amazing, and the music appropriate. it is not common to frame surreal events, although there are probably many of them in our life. probably we simply neglect to acknowledge them.
