Olive trees take a while to grow so usually trees are bought at a greenhouse and planted when already adult (like the one I have in my garden). The trees at work were probably there before the buildings and make the loveliest site. They are very intersting trees because of their twisted trunks.

Do you plant them yourself too? I've never seen a olive field. I'd love to one day.
