Finding a safe refuge, viewing life safe and secure from one's own space is comforting. Nice thoughts here.

So true for all of us. Thanks!

Time does fly when we stay safe. The adventures fill time so that it seems not to. Thanks for this. Thanks, too, for being a part of OSI.

Let us hope that we do not feel so safe inside that we forget to go outside and live!

Hey, I think we are all seeing quite a lot of life going on through our windows.

Lately, the weather service here has been giving warnings when we have severe storms, on both radio and tv. The last thing they say is -stay away from the window.

Well, yeck, I enjoy seeing the storm out there!

This is what your haiku made me think of.

Safely sheltered from life itself. Thank you for this poem and view through your window.

Quite a photo - is that the sun in the middle obscured, muted by that dramatic cloud? Sometimes it's nice to be safely sheltered, isn't it? Sometimes (as in my life) it's a bit too much of a good thing.

I picture a city pet awaiting the owner's return, gazing out the window . . .

I liked the cloud photo. Looks like rain. A good day to stay inside and play Monopoly-or write poetry!

After I read this I wanted it to rain you made it sound so interesting! Just great.

This is lovely. Though I think you may have inadvertently written the story of my life. :)
