And the omega 3 fatty acids will save your life--anti-inflammatory, cholesterol and BP reducing, etc. We stock such stuff here in Katrina-land as a matter of course for many years. Tuna is better than real SPAM in a can or potted meat.

I used to not really enjoy tuna because I felt it "should" be eaten water-packed. Then I discovered olive-oil packed, generally in the slightly expensive range. What a difference!
