A nice gadget - but I ask in all innocence: what does it do?
It is a cheese grater (see the piece of Grana Padano behind it?).
Never seen such a professional looking cheese grater (and I am quasi una Romana di Roma!)!

I figured it was a cheese grater, now I just have to figure out how it works. Very 'k'lever K. (I thought of kitchen but I didn't have a yellow one to post. I should of thought beyond just kitchen.)

I am a sucker for kitchen gadgets. My ya-ya daughters gifted me with a slew of purple ones at Christmas. FAct of the matter, though, is that my hubby does most of the cooking.
