I think this will be our dinner. I have all of the ingredients and your photos, which I was "over there," look delicious.

I still can't figure out how to comment "over there," so I'll keep commenting "over here."

And I did make it yesterday! And it was great -- somehow different from a normal vegetable quiche.

You're right, it really helps to let the tart rest for 10 minutes. I find this true for all quiches, but maybe especially zucchini ones.
